KCI Brew Pub in Kansas City

Sat down at the bar, watched the bartender walk by repeatedly talking to the 4 other customers at the bar ignoring me for 5 minutes. Never even got a beer. Can’t say anything about the food when you don’t even make it that far.

This has got to be improved. MCI has very limited food options, so please try to give us some quality food - we won't mind paying the ridiculous prices if the food is good, which it is NOT! I feel sorry for the waitress having to serve us. We ordered the club sandwich and it was a slice of anemic turkey, the least amount of lettuce possible and a few limp slices of bacon on 3 pieces of dry bread. Whoever is providing this food to feed to hungry travelers, Shame on you!!

I took the picture of the pub nachos. My personal opinion (and my fiance to 2nd the notion), you can get better nachos from 7-11. The "queso cheese" tastes like bagged cheese.. and not a good one either, plus.. I thought queso was white? ANYWAYS... The dollop of sour cream looked generous, but not as generous in person, camera adds 5lbs, remember this. Maybe a Tablespoon of pico de gallo and pork was the only "generous" portion and tasted decent enough, but it wasn't shredded enough. The nachos were barely warm and the 2 waitresses.. well, seemed "a little spacey". They kept going back to look at the orders that were up, look at all the numbers and walk away.. both of them did this more than 1 time before ever taking a plate with them to deliver food to a table. Will never go there again.. ever.

I have literally sat here for nearly an hour for easy breakfast food! People at airports have flights to catch and add to that NO ONE ELSE was even here with two cooks and three servers! I literally can’t attest much to the food because I’m totally irritated about waiting so long for some gator tots and eggs! The only reason I’m giving to stars is because the server just keeps smiling!

Possibly the worst food I have ever had. Ordered the BBQ sliders and ate 1/2 of one. It's should be illegal to serve BBQ that crappy in KC.

I enjoyed my first visit with Boulevard Wheat, Pretzels and Vegetable Salad. Melissa was amazing with her service. Little disappointment with Pretzels; they were salty. Altogether, it was satisfied. I would definitely be back. Thank you, guys!

Absolutely the worst bbq ever. I got the Pork Brew Chips and the bbq had a very funky twang. I wasn’t sure if this was on purpose or if they were going bad. The fresh cops were good and I scooped off the pork and enjoyed them. Beer and service was good. I should of had the burger.

Was the worst chicken sandwich I ever had.. 16 bucks for that? McDonald's is 10x better, don't waste your money...

The food was middle-of-the-road. However, it was just fine to get full before a flight. The beer was great and the service was good.

Dionne made this experience 5 stars! She single-handedly served the whole restaurant, controlled tables outside in the terminal area where unhappy travelers (due to delays) camped and dampened the mood. She was polite, offered great dining options and drink pairings and even local insight.

Overpriced as usual in airports but the food is not that bad. Nice place to fuel the plane.

We had some time to kill so we ducked in here for a bite and beverage. They had a good selection of beers and the menu looked pretty good. We both had burgers which were good, maybe a bit over, but not bad. The kettle chips were very good. The service was really good even though the server had many tables.

It's in the airport so kinda pricey. But the food and people good.

Poor service, $8 for a 12oz bottle of Modelo.

Who closes their kitchen at 630 pm? It's a Sunday night and I walked out hungry and annoyed.

Typical airport fare. Two beers cost more than my burger. Loss of 1 star because they're out of apple pie dessert, and according to the server it's been that way for a couple weeks.

Only place in Terminal C that serves Boulevard, typical airport service. Grab an Unfiltered Wheat before you leave KC.

Best restaurant in terminal C, and the woman that cooks in the evening is amazing!!

Worst food I have ever had at a restaurant. $100 for four sandwich’s and a salad that were inedible.The staff obviously did not want to be there. They were yelling and had generally bad attitudes. The table was dirty.MCI should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a poor quality vendor to serve their (captive) passengers.

Served me a "BBQ" sandwich that resembled something off the McDonald's Dollar Menu. Included warm stale French fries. Sadly there was not a McDonald's in the airport where I could have purchased $12, the price I paid for this "food," worth of Mc-E-Deeze, and had a decent bowel movement on my flight. Server was nice.

Average overpriced airport fare. The highlight is they have KC Bier Dunkel in bottles.

Waitress took it upon herself to add herself a tip to our receipt...normally good tippers, unfortunately we had been stranded for 2 days and looking at another 2 days due to flight cancelations so we were watching our pennies...this is such a shame and and honestly quite offending...

I had a excellent mushroom and swiss burger while waiting on a flight. I had to only give 4 out of 5 because they let me beloved ipa run out.
